Originally a family business established in 2001, we have grown into a group company with two divisions: the Plastics Extrusion Division and the Non-woven Division. We also collaborate on high-tech projects supported by prestigious research institutions and technology bureaus. The group has grown rapidly, now employing over 150 staff members across 2 factories, 3 offices, 1 partner factory, and 2 joint laboratories.
Our Plastics Extrusion Division (formerly the PA66 Profile Division) has been developing since 2001, marking the earliest project in our group. Despite early challenges, we successfully extruded PA66 profiles in 2003 and established our first specialized workshop.
We have invested heavily in developing high-performance PA66 profiles. By the end of 2008, we achieved significant breakthroughs, establishing ourselves as a major competitor in the global market. In 2011, we successfully introduced the Cold Hard Extrusion Process (a pioneering method globally) instead of the traditional water-cold extrusion process for fiberglass-reinforced PA66. This greatly enhanced the mechanical performance and high precision of our thermal insulating struts, positioning us as a leader in the plastics extrusion industry. We have secured over 8 patents and operate more than 40 extrusion lines with an annual capacity of 2 billion meters.
A significant portion of our revenue is reinvested into research and development. We continuously enhance our products' performance. Additionally, we run our own granulation facility to ensure strict control over raw material quality, with an annual capacity of 9,855 tons. We are proud to utilize vacuum drying technology for nylon granules. In 2012, we developed a patented shape-IC strut, combining the structural strength of the 'I' shape with the aesthetic appeal of the 'C' shape. We continue to design new geometries to optimize Uf values for aluminum frames, successfully achieving values below 1.5 W/m²K. Our processes comply strictly with ISO9001 quality management systems.
We are committed to designing and developing energy-saving materials. Beyond PA thermal insulation strips for heat-break aluminum profiles and energy-saving windows, we manufacture EPDM, ABS, PE, and PVC extruded profiles, alongside nylon chain guides for automated production lines. We will continue our dedication to high-performance energy-saving materials to contribute to a better, more sustainable world.
