How long is the production lead time?
It typically takes 10-15 days for MOQ orders.
How much is the freight charge?
We suggest express for small quantities and air or sea for large quantities. Costs depend on the method and exact quantities.
What file formats do you need for custom designs?
Our engineering team prefers files in AI, PDF, CDR, STP, or IGS format for new designs.
