How about the product quality?
We maintain a dedicated Quality Control (QC) team that conducts rigorous inspections and control protocols throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.
How about the shipping terms?
Small orders or samples are typically dispatched via express services such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, or EMS. Bulk shipments can be sent by air freight (fast but more costly) or ocean freight (highly economical but slower).
How about the MOQ?
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary depending on specific materials, colors, sizing, and design requirements.
Sample Time?
Standard fabric swatches can be dispatched within a single business day. Finished product sample sets generally require 3 to 5 business days for preparation.
Payment?
For standard stock inventory, 100% payment is required prior to shipment. For custom made-to-order items, a 30% deposit via T/T is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance settled against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
