Q1: What is your sample policy?
A certain number of samples are free of charge, but the courier cost is on buyer's account. After the order is confirmed, the fee can be refunded.
Q2: Can you print my own logo/brand on the product?
Yes, OEM & ODM services are both available for logo and private labels.
Q3: How is the product packaged?
Usually, each pc in a polybag, hang tag, paper box, or PVC box. Standard packing is 12 pcs in an inner box and 120 pcs per outer carton.
Q4: How do you control the quality?
We perform full inspections on the assembly line using professional machinery. Final products and packaging also undergo rigorous inspection.
Q5: What is the estimated delivery time?
Normally, the delivery time is around 30-35 days for a 1X40'GP container, depending on order quantity and season.
Q6: What payment methods are accepted?
T/T (30% as deposit, 70% balance against BL copy) or L/C at sight.
