- Book shipping space and arrange shipments per customer request.
- Prepare necessary export documents for China Customs declaration.
- Assist with importing documents and send all files together with B/L by express delivery for customs clearance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your sample lead time and policy?
Our sample lead time is 5-7 days. Clients need to cover the sample fee and shipping costs. However, the sample fee will be fully refunded once the bulk order is officially confirmed.
What payment terms do you support and how long is delivery?
We support payment terms including T/T, L/C, and Western Union. The standard delivery time is 20-30 days after order confirmation, shipped from either Ningbo or Shanghai port.
How do you manage quality control during production?
We send pre-production (PP) samples for approval before bulk production. We perform quality checks during the initial 30% of production, conduct a final inspection before packaging, and welcome customer-appointed or third-party QC inspections.
Do you accept small orders and customize designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, small orders are acceptable. As a direct manufacturer, we welcome OEM & ODM requests, including custom designs, colors, sizes, and logos.
