Once the artwork is confirmed and the official quotation invoice is endorsed, we proceed with mock-up production. Mock-up time varies by product. After completion, we send photos of the mock-up or real samples to you for review and confirmation before moving forward with mass production.

No, once the mock-up is confirmed and mass production has started, we are unable to make any changes to the artwork or other product specifications.

For urgent timelines, we will skip the mock-up production stage and proceed directly to mass production. For these cases, you must be completely certain of the design, as no changes can be made once production begins. Photos of the first batch will be sent to you for viewing if time permits.
