A1: We are manufacturer of the product, we want to focus more on wholesale business, so basically we hope customer can order our product with full carton quantity but we are also flexible with new customer's initial sample order, which can be 2pcs or 10pcs depend on different items. For OEM/ODM order, MOQ varies to different requirements, please consult with us in details.
A2: We can ship cargo by all means available, no matter, sea shipping, air shipping or express. By our experience, small quantity like 1 or 2 carton the best option will be Express(courier), big quantity use sea/railway shipping is the best.
A3: Yes, of course. We've shipped hundreds of OEM orders to customers all over the world. Please just provide your logo/packaging design in .ai or .pdf format, we will make file or sample for your approval before production.
A4: We offer 100% quality checking on both production and packaging line. In case, customer found quality problem due to our manufacture default, we will provide replacement product in future shipments.
A5: We are honored to offer you samples. In case you only need our existing product(no logo) to check quality, we can provide free of charge. Customer only need to take care of the express(courier) cost to your country.
