Standard production lead times are 25-45 days, depending on category (jewelry vs. belts vs. textiles), material availability, order quantity, and finishing requirements. For urgent programs, we can often accelerate timelines through our item-driven workflow and established factory network.

How do you handle quality control?
Our QC process includes multiple inspection stages: 1. Pre-production material check, 2. Inline production inspections, 3. Random checks during finishing, and 4. Final AQL-standard inspection before packing/shipment. We follow AQL 1.5 / 2.5 standards (or your requirement) and can arrange third-party QC through SGS, BV, or Intertek when needed.
